Claudia founded PinkMinty in 2018 and remains closely involved in the company’s day-to-day operation. Today, she leads client communication, estimates, scheduling and coordination, while overseeing the service experience and the standards behind every visit.
Her approach is rooted in getting to know the people behind each space — understanding their routines, respecting their preferences and making the entire process feel clear, dependable and personal.
As PinkMinty has grown, Claudia has kept that human scale at the center of the business, supporting the cleaning team and helping ensure every client receives the thoughtful care the company was built on.
